Increase and reward attendance
Dazzle meeting participants by planning your event on an island that tops everyone's travel wish list. Pink sand beaches sweep down to aqua seas. Gardens thrive year-round with dazzling flora and fauna, some of which you will not find anywhere else in the world. Long after your attendees return home, they will rave about the view from their private balcony, the fantastic dining, and the distinctive and fun activities.
Experience Bermuda's rich culture
Thanks to a culture equally influenced by Britain and the Caribbean, on our island you will find bobbies and Gombeys, gin and rum, the English Rose and the Royal Palm. You will also find warm and hospitable island residents. Whether it is the professionals who work with your participants or the Bermudians they will meet as they explore the island, we will warmly treat your group like VIPs every step of the way. Against the unforgettable backdrop that is Bermuda, you can rest assured that your group will be fully charged, inspired and motivated.
Island warmth, genuine professionalism Choose Bermuda for our stable, sophisticated and thriving society — complemented by our innate civility and eye for quality.
Consistent warm weather
Warm temperatures year-round and no rainy season to speak of means meeting in Bermuda makes sense anytime. Temperatures average 85ºF / 30ºC from April to October and 70ºF / 21ºC from November to March. And, no matter the time of year, our beaches are always pink.
Stable, efficient government
Modelled after the British parliamentary system, our island enjoys the blessings of a stable, capable government. You can count on efficient government services and modern facilities.
The finest accommodations
In town, on the beach, by a bay or on a golf course — whatever your size, location or budget requirements, we offer an ideal match. Choose among regal resorts, charming hotels or clubby cottage colonies for executive pow wows, large sales meetings, seminars, training sessions, conferences or award banquets.
Many people mistakenly believe our island is part of the Caribbean. In fact, we rest hundreds of miles north of the Bahamas in an astoundingly beautiful stretch of the Atlantic. A mere 1046KM / 650MI east of North Carolina, flights from New York and other eastern US cities reach our shores in less than two hours.
Sublime, to put it simply
Extraordinarily pleasant weather and a distinctive islandscape make us love our island wholeheartedly. We know you will love it too. Even though we speak of Bermuda as our “island,” it is in fact composed of approximately 180 islands, linked by bridges, and divided into nine picturesque parishes. But all of our islands feature spectacular beaches, lush vegetation and unique wildlife.
Old-world charm with an island beat Shipwrecks. African drum beats. Knee socks. Culturally, our resort island is a unique blend of colonial history and African heritage. This has given birth to our colourful local legends and rich traditions. As Britain’s oldest colony, its influence continues to dominate our government, educational and legal institutions. You may spot one of our judges walking through Hamilton in a powdered wig, see a bobby directing traffic or overhear a passionate conversation about a local cricket match. African influences, while subtler, can be found in our dance and music, especially reggae, calypso and the rhythm of the Gombeys.
Big flavours from a small island
Island cuisine is a reflection of our blended heritage and coastal access to premier local seafood such as the angelfish, wahoo and ubiquitous rockfish. Our traditional dishes include Peas and Plenty (black-eyed peas with onions, salt pork and sometimes rice), Hoppin’ John (peas and rice) and Pawpaw Casserole, and, of course, Bermuda Fish Chowder (traditionally served with a splash of our Sherry Pepper sauce). Now you can enjoy a piece (or two) of our culture whenever and wherever you like with these simple, delicious island recipes. Bon appétit!
Play the round of a lifetime, or two Golfers have always been drawn to our island’s gorgeous scenery, highly agreeable climate and sophisticated array of before- and after-game activities. But the greatest enticement is our eight championship courses and stunning golf academy. Conceived by some of the game's most renowned course designers, each offers a stunning array of challenges and spectacular ocean vistas. Better still, they are open for play year-round. Fore!
Idyllic setting, heavenly swimming
Even if our beaches did not feature rosy sand and clear, sapphire waves, they would still garner world renown for the amazing range of pleasures to partake in on our shores — body surfing, sun-bathing, swimming, snorkelling and kayaking, to name just a few.
Boundless beauty explored For centuries, island residents have dedicated themselves to preserving our incredibly unique ecosystem. In fact, in the early 1600s some of our settlers issued the first conservation laws in the New World. Today, the Bermuda Audubon Society and the Bermuda National Trust are two of many organisations dedicated to protecting our natural wonders. From world-famous birding to underground caves to lush nature reserves, see why we attract visitors the world over.
