Information in accordance with Legislative Decree 196/2003, art. 13

Dear Sir/Madam, I wish to inform you that in accordance with the Legislative Decree 196/03, we hereby guarantee that your personal data will be processed by respecting the rights, fundamental liberties and dignities of natural persons, and with particular regard to privacy and personal identity. 
We intend to use your data in full compliance with your individual rights and with particular reference to your privacy.

In accordance with article 13, we hereby inform you that:

1. The data will be used for the following purposes:
• To provide access to the information through our site regarding congress locations;
• To enable operators in the registered sectors to download technical data from locations represented in our site;
• To enable the 3G Media to notify, to all the operators in the registered sector, the names of those who have downloaded the technical material.
• Questionnaires for the acquisition of data for statistical, commercial and promotional purposes;
• For the distribution of promotional and marketing material relating to initiatives proposed by 3GMEDIA Srl;
• Any other activity, permitted by the laws in force, which the parties retain to be opportune or necessary

2. The processing of the data will be carried out in the following way:
collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, retrieval, comparison, utilization, interconnection, blocking, erasure and destruction.

3. The processing of data will be carried out both manually and with the help of electronic or automated means. The data will be stored in both paper and electronic archives. The treatment of the data will take place with logistics strictly correlated to the purposes indicated and by methods which guarantee the security and privacy of said data, through the adoption of suitable measures to prevent its alteration, cancellation, destruction, unauthorized access or processing which is not permitted or not conforming with the purposes of the data’s collection.

4. We hereby inform you that in addition, in accordance with article 7 of the Legislative Decree 196/03, as data subject of the processing, you will be entitled to the following rights:
“the data subject will have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data which refers to said subject, as well as its communication in an intelligible form. The data subject has the right to obtain an indication of:
1. the origins of the personal data; 2. the purposes and methods of its processing; 3. the logistics applied in the event of processing carried out by electronic means; 4. the identification of the controller, the processor, and the controller’s designated representative in accordance with art. 5, para. 2; 5. the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated to or who may know of such personal data in their capacity as designated representatives in the territory of the state, including those who are responsible for the above.
The data subject has the right to obtain: a. the updating, rectification or, if necessary, integration of the data; b. the cancellation, the transformation in an anonymous form or the blocking of data which is processed in violation of the law, including that data whose retention is not necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed; c. proof that the operations referred to by letter a, and b have been carried out, including those to whom the data has been communicated or distributed, except in the event that fulfillment of the above right is seen to be impossible or results in an operation which is manifestly disproportionate in respect to the rights being protected.
The data subject has the right to oppose, in whole or in part; a) the processing of the data for legitimate reasons regarding personal data, even if this data is pertinent to the purpose of its collection; b) the processing of personal data for the purpose of distribution of publicity or direct sales or for the compilation of market research or marketing communication”

5. The processing will have a duration which is not superior to that necessary for the purposes for which the data was collected; its storage will be limited to the time necessary or to that established by the laws in force, including those for accountancy, fiscal and tax purposes.

6. The controller of the personal data is the 3GMEDIA Srl Company, in the person of the legal representative Managing Director, with legal offices in Via del Giuba, 9 - 00199 Roma (RM).
